OpenEd26 Buddy Program Applications Open
Conference organizers are excited to announce the return of the OpenEd Conference Buddy Program! The program will pair attendees as mentors and mentees to enhance the conference experience through meaningful professional connections before, during, and after the event.
Apply by September 15th to participate!
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Conference Buddy Program is open to anyone who is currently registered or planning to register for OpenEd26. This program is particularly recommended for new attendees seeking to learn more about open education generally or build their professional network, as well as for returning participants looking to deepen their connections to the field or gain professional experience in a mentorship role.
Key Dates:
September 15: Application Deadline
September 20: Pre-Conference Pairing Decision Participants will be notified of their Buddy
October: First Buddy Meeting (date to be decided by buddy pairs)
October 15, 3pm EST: Conference Buddy Kickoff Session (online & optional)
October 27-29: OpenEd26 Conference
November: Final Buddy Meeting (date to be decided by buddy pairs
