WHY BE A SPONSOR?

The 2025 Open Education Conference expects to convene over 1,600 educators, librarians, students and advocates who care about open education, with around 400 attending in Denver, Colorado and more than 1,000 engaging online. Sponsor benefits include many opportunities to support this important convening while gaining brand visibility and opportunities to connect with attendees during the event.

* Tax-exempt organizations may request conference registration vouchers in lieu of sponsor passes. In-person sponsor passes provide access to the main conference hall (including coffee breaks) plus full virtual access to the conference program.

** Sponsor is responsible for provision, setup, teardown, and paying any shipping and delivery charges related to banners or display materials. Displays may not exceed the size of the table. Pop-up banners must be vertical 3’ x 7’ maximum dimensions and must be freestanding. Banners and displays must be solely for informational purposes and may not display advertising messages. Display tables will include a draped table with two chairs. All tables will be on Lower Level 2. Sustain and Create tables will be in the pre-function area, Adapt tables will be outside the Colorado Ballroom (main plenary space), and Adopt tables will be outside the Denver Ballroom (breakout rooms).
