The Call for Proposals is open until Friday April 4, 2025! Submit your proposal through Oxford Abstracts (creation of a free profile is required). You may also use a drafting template of the submission form to draft your proposal before submitting. (NOTE: You MUST submit your proposal through Oxford Abstracts for it to be considered!)

The conference warmly welcomes participation from attendees regardless of country, educational background, or professional role. Students are especially encouraged to submit proposals and participate.

The conference is currently accepting submissions in hybrid, virtual and in-person formats. Read more about session formats and types in the official Call for Proposals. 

If a session (of any format) is accepted, the primary contact will be required to register for the conference by the early-bird deadline of August 29th. Please note that every presenter (primary or non-primary) planning to present in-person at the conference will be required to register as an in-person attendee. Virtual presenters who are not the primary contact will not be required to register in order to present virtually or as part of a pre-recorded session. Cost waivers for virtual registration are available by application, especially to students, those located outside of North America, and others for whom cost would be a barrier.
