2023 Program Posted
The program for the 2023 Open Education Conference is now available! This year’s conference will feature more than 150 sessions over three days on a wide range of topics related to open educational resources, open pedagogy, and open education initiatives.
The conference theme is Innovation and Praxis: Celebrating 20 Years of Community and keynote speakers include Rajiv Jhangiani and Jasmine Roberts. Program tracks include:
Innovation in open educational resources
Innovation in open pedagogy
Praxis in open (applied learning, best practices, case studies, research, tools and toolkits)
Sustainability in open (professional development, recognition, metrics, strategies)
Social justice in open
Community in open (collaborations, instructional design, student-led initiatives)
This year’s schedule will run from 10am to 6pm U.S./Canada Eastern Time (GMT -5:00) on November 7-9, 2023. Each day will feature a keynote session, concurrent blocks featuring live sessions, and more than 60 pre-recorded presentations, lightning talks, and posters that can be viewed anytime. Each day will also feature breakout and social activities.
Register now to participate on November 7-9th. The earlybird rate of $75 USD is available until October 1st, and a discounted $25 USD student rate and full scholarships are available.
