Registration for #Opened22 is open
Registration for the 2022 Open Education Conference is now open! Join us for this year’s virtual convening for sharing and learning about open educational resources, open pedagogy, and open education initiatives on October 17-20, 2022.
Cost is $75 USD (early rate, prior to September 15, 2022) or $100 USD (standard rate, after September 15, 2022). Students can register at a discounted rate of $25 USD.
Full and partial scholarships are available by application. The conference is committed to providing scholarships to as many participants for whom cost would be a barrier, consistent with the values in our Strategic Vision. All who are eligible are encouraged to apply.
The theme of the 2022 Open Education Conference is “Rise to Action”, a call to move forward and act in concrete ways that make education more accessible, affordable, equitable and inclusive to everyone regardless of their background, experience, or level of access to resources. It is a call to rise up against the inequitable structures that have always existed in education, but have been further magnified by the complexities of the last few years. Based primarily in North America, the conference encourages perspectives and participation from across the globe.
