2020 Call for Proposals is Open!

The 2020 Open Education Conference is inviting proposals for synchronous and asynchronous virtual sessions. The conference will be held online November 9-13, 2020, and ideas are enthusiastically welcomed from anyone with an interest in sharing about open education.

This year's theme is "Reimagining Open Education," which seeks to inspire ideas and action to address the urgent challenges facing education in 2020. It also reflect the conference's own process of reimagining itself as a community-owned event.

Session types include standard presentations, interactive panels and discussions, workshops, and multi-format asynchronous content. Conference topics span COVID-19, social justice, and international collaboration, and also cater to those newer to open education, along with those interested in its evolution as a field.

The deadline to submit proposals is September 1, 2020 at 11:59pm HST. Full details can be found in the Call for Proposals.
